查找 python 版本 VS Miniconda 版本关系
https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/miniconda/
下载二者对应的 conda 版本脚本
$ wget https://repo.anaconda.com/miniconda/Miniconda3-py313_25.5.1-1-Linux-x86_64.sh
并不需要加 sudo 权限执行脚本
$ sh Miniconda3-py313_25.5.1-1-Linux-x86_64.sh
按照提示，退出重开 shell 才能生效。再次确认 python 版本未变
(base) $ python -V
Python 3.13.5
直接使用 conda 安装 jupyter，而非使用 apt-get install 安装
$ conda install jupyter
确认安装成功并打开
$ jupyter notebook
升级pip
(base)$ python -m pip install --upgrade pip
Successfully installed pip-25.2
(base)$ pip --version
pip 25.2 from /miniconda3/lib/python3.13/site-packages/pip (python 3.13)
使用pip安装pandas+matplotlib+xlrd+networkx+pyvis+python-louvain，更换清华源
$ pip install pandas -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
$ pip install matplotlib -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
$ pip install xlrd -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
$ pip install networkx -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
$ pip install pyvis -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
$ pip install python-louvain -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
